The Showcase of Services for Older People event will be taking place at Malvern Theatres, 11am-2pm on Tuesday 9 October in support of World Mental Health Day. The free event is an opportunity for older people, their family, friends and carers to find out more about what local services are available to support them to ‘age well’. The theme of the event is dementia awareness.
 
Andrew Easton, BBC H&W radio host will be there at 11am to open the event, where there will be over 25 stall holders promoting their services. There will be a number of taster sessions and activities running throughout the event including Dementia Friends sessions, a memory walk and blood pressure checks.
